Music School Events

STUDENT RECITALS: We believe strongly that performance is an important part of a music student's development. Students are encouraged to participate in annual or semi-annual recitals, and we provide in-house performance facilities in our Fairfax, Rockville, and Virginia Beach locations.

PIANO FESTIVALS: Many of our teachers participate in various annual festivals sponsored by the MTNA and the National Federation of Music Clubs. Jordan Kitt's also sponsors an annual in-house piano festival for students of our music school.

GUILD AUDITIONS AND EXAMINATIONS: Our teachers also provide students with opportunities for independent assessment of their skills including Guild Auditions, the Yamaha fundamental skills survey, and Associated Board exams.
